This blog isn't going to be particularly organised. I'm starting it as a sort-of holding place for screenshots of Internet abuse I get. Of course it won't include every single instance because often I just delete and block. some things I screen shot for various reasons - to show people what's out there, because it's weird or funny, because I think at some point, especially if it escalates, I might want to take it to the police. Anyway I want to make a public record of the sort of things that women in the public arena get. Mostly I'll probably just post up the screen shots rather than going into too much detail.

You might think some of the messages aren't so bad or are just people "expressing their opinion" or whatever. I don't care. You opinion is that it's not trolling, mine is that it is. I am entitled to my opinion as much as you are entitled to yours. Please do not waste my time lecturing me on what I "should" or "shouldn't" include. It's my blog. If you care so much, write about it on your blog. Or better still be a part of campaigning to stop the sort of Internet abuse you do think is unacceptable. Perhaps by supporting the ever awesome End Online Misogyny. Also if you're a woman being abused online they're the best people to contact - this blog is just my stuff at the moment.
